Who we are

This website is operated by Lussy Company Limited ("Lussy", "we"), a company registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for personal data described in this notice. You can contact us at hello@lussy.co.uk.

What we collect

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. The contact form does not send data to our servers: it opens your own email app with a pre-filled message, which you choose whether to send.

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you include in the message.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. SeeCloudflare's privacy policy.

How we use it and why

We use enquiry information to reply to you and, if we work together, to deliver our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for up to two years if no work results from them. Client records are kept for as long as required by law and our contractual obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@lussy.co.uk. You can also complain to theInformation Commissioner's Office.
